David is excellent! To sum it up, he's on it. David and I met a year ago during an open house in Kenwood. I wasn't ready to buy at the time, but exchanged info with David since he gave me good vibes. Fast forward to a year later I completely forgot I connected with David and started the homebuying process with another realtor. The first realtor didn't work out and neither did the second. While having a glass of wine mid day (bc I needed it) I randomly remembered connecting with David and searched my email thread to see if I could find his contact. To my surprise, David contacted me several times and the rest is history. We found a place I love and I'm officially a homeowner! David has a strong network that can assist with the entire process (contractors, decor reccomendations,etc,). I highly recommend partnering with David
