I was an first time buyer in a new state and David reviewed the process with me to make sure everything was clear and helped me make the proper decisions. He also provided lots of helpful recommendations regarding an attorney, home inspector, etc. He was available to answer any questions I had at any time. He was personable and approachable and helped take away much of the anxiety I had in buying my first house. I'm grateful to him for helping me through the two months and getting the house I wanted.

We have nothing but praise for David Harrell. Hid kindness and agreeable personality were only exceeded by his work ethic, knowledge and ability to get the job done. Our relocation had every element of complexity imaginable....first time home buyers, expectant parents, & ex-pats from Europe. I have had other realtors who all seem to either show you something besides what you asked for or put you on a data base system that sends you random homes that might or night not be what you are looking for. Our experience with Dave was great. He gave us helpful feedback about which repairs we should focus on the most for the biggest impact. He knows the area and has a great network of home repair people, from roofers to carpet stretching. We are still using the handyman he recommended. They were all folks who understand that response and speed are of the essence in trying to get a home ready for sale. He also helped us arrange the rooms for the best photo showing, but never made us feel that we had to rent furniture for a "staging" -- we used what we already had. As it turned out, the house sold before the pictures got posted! We would definitely recommend (and have recommended) Dave to our friends.
