We couldn't have asked for a better experience than we had with Dave and his team. When we first started thinking about moving, Dave told us exactly what to do to get our house ready to sell. Then when our perfect dream house came on the market, and suddenly everything needed to move extremely quickly, Dave and his team were there with us every step of the way. I can't say enough about the positive experience I have had with Dave Heeter and his team. This is the second time I have gone with Heeter Home Team, because of the positive experience I had my first time around. This time, my situation was much more complicated; selling two different homes (in different states),and finding one home that would suit a multi- generational family. Dave and his team were just great. They were professional through and through; patient, thoughtful and so helpful, but at the same time, they never forgot the human aspect of the process. I felt like I was being treated like family and not just as a client.I could always count on Kelli to answer all my questions, not only promptly, but always offering additional information that I may have forgotten to ask ; she's was just wonderful throughout the entire process!
