David Herren

Dave Herren is a Realtor® with Best Atlanta Properties. He has made his home in Grant Park since 1992 with his wife Colleen and cats Zoe and Ivan. He loves the historic houses with big front porches, neighbors who know and look out for each other, and the “small town” vibe of one of Intown Atlanta’s largest neighborhoods. A travel junkie, Dave had been all over the U.S. and around much of Europe. National Parks are his passion though, having visited Acadia, Zion, Denali, Yellow Stone, Yosemite, and more, he and his wife are just getting started. After graduation from Cornell University with a Master of Landscape Architecture, Dave found traditional work in landscape design, and master planning, but discovered his analytical skill were better suited to the real estate development industry.
