David J. Tufts

David Tufts started his real estate career in 1983 with The Marketing Directors, Inc. (TMD). After becoming one of the top sales agents in Manhattan, David joined the TMD management team. During his tenure, David started City Living, a resale division, and oversaw the lease-up and sales of multiple high-rise towers in New York, Boston, Washington D.C., Houston, Los Angeles and South Florida. David rose to Senior Vice President of TMD. In 1993, after relocating to Atlanta, David started The Condo Store (TCS). TCS quickly became a driving force in the burgeoning condominium market of Atlanta in the late 90's.
