- David listed and sold my home
Dave was VERY good at keeping me up to date, and returning my phone calls promptly. He went out of his way to find me a new home. The only reason I didn't mark the area of determining fair market value is because my house went on the market in the spring/summer of 2009. It was impossible to know fair market value for my property during the recession. Dave may have explained the closing process, but I really could have cared less so didn't pay attention if he did. I felt completely confident in Dave so wasn't the least bit worried about the closing process. Terri Johnson

We purchased a home with Dave in 2011. He knew the area well, the inventory, and our needs. We fiund our home, he handled everything perfectly! He had a lender lined up in case we needed one, and explained each step along the way. When we sell our current home and look for another he will be our first call.
