We were first time buyers trying to buy a foreclosed property....we ran into several obstacles along the way which in turn resulted in a very long, drawn out process. I have known and spoken with many realtors in the past and most realtors all have their areas of expertise, strengths and weaknesses. However, David is the first realtor I have ever met that truly knows his trade and knows it well. His wisdom and guidance throughout every step of the process despite all the challenges was pivotal in our seeing the process through to fruition. He was very patient and always willing to encourage us when we felt defeated in the process. Despite the seemingly impossible situations we faced, he always had a backup plan ready to go. I will recommend him to any and every person I ever encounter that is looking for a realtor. I am sure with the experience David has, he didn't really need to take us as clients as I am sure there are so many opportunities for him out there much bigger than our first home. But he did. That right there alone shows you that he values people and truly cares and he would be an amazing realtor for any scale of home purchase from the multi-million dollar listing to first time home buyers like us. :) The key to any satisfied buyer whether it is buying a home, car or a new tv at Best Buy is ultimately having someone to help you navigate the options so that you can feel comfortable with whatever you choose. David went above and beyond to make our transition from Virginia to Texas easy and stress free. Through his patience and dedication we were able to purchase our dream home. David was always available and even gave up an entire holiday weekend to spend with us while we were in town prior to the move. When it became clear that we had a buyer for our home of many years, the time available to us to find the right replacement was short. Although my wife found the property through the internet, our realtor was able to set up an appointment the next morning. With our realtor's help, we were able to evaluate the property, neighborhood and price, negotiate a deal, get required inspections, and close both the sale and purchase the same day, less than a month after receiving the offer on the old house.
