We met David when he was an agent at Coldwell Banker on Armand Circle. We chatted with him in the office and before we left, and let him know that we were interested in an investment residential property for rental income. After a few weeks, he got in touch with us saying that he spotted a home that might just fit the bill. After reviewing the information he sent us we decided to buy it "site on seen". He put our offer together, negotiated terms for us, closed the transaction and arranged a professional rental company to find us a creditworthy tenant. I all worked out great. My name is Bruce Hoagland. My wife and I met David several years ago and we always kept in touch. We came to Sarasota and we were looking for a two-bedroom condo to spend the winter season. We are from Kentucky and also had a home in Destin on the water, which I had sold. David and his partner Agent came to our open house which was "For Sale By Owner" FSBO. He took the time to sit down with us without pressuring us. He went over what was going on the neighborhood regarding sales numbers and explained to us the probability of selling a home by ourselves. He did not try to get us to sign a contract and we did not discuss rates. It was very informative especially when he calculated our monthly carrying costs with taxes and maintenance. He and his agent left and 1 month later I called him to list our home. He sold it for close to my FSBO price and I eventually gave him two other homes I owned in South Sarasota County. All of them were sold within 3 months.

David was excellent and as a professional, he always had our best interest in mind. He showed us almost 40 homes and then brought us eventually to a new construction site in a Neal Homes community in Lakewood Ranch were we eventually purchased. We are now consulting with him to List our home for the resale of that property so we can move closer to downtown Sarasota.
