Dave is very knowledgeable and very responsive throughout the entire process of helping me buy my house. Gives very good advice. Also, a very nice guy - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This is the second home that we purchased that we used David Spencer as our Realtor. I will use no one else in buying or selling a home, except Dave. He's a pleasure to deal with, honest, listens to our needs, and is always there to help us with anything that we go through with our purchasing experience. I've known and dealt with many other Real Estate agents over the years, and Dave is, by far, the best.

Dave is very responsive, energetic and driven! After a less than encouraging experience with another very popular local, family-owned realtor/agent group, Dave called to check in with us. (We had contacted him weeks earlier about rentals.). He called to ask if we might be interested in buying. At that point, we were interested. We visited almost ten homes on a Saturday, and found the one we eventually purchased. The closing transaction was virtually painless and smooth, with little negotiation on our part. We will contact him again in the future, if necessary.

David was very supportive in the process of buying our home. He took the initiative to negotiate for us when needed, which is a very important skill to have in a realtor. Our purchase experience was slightly stressful, but David helped to make it less stressful with his expertise in the process. I would highly recommend David!!

I worked with David's associate Renee Dikmak. We saw at least 10 plus houses before finally finding our dream home. There of course were some bumps in the road due to it being an estate sale and in bankruptcy but Renee was always available to answer any questions I had to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We put in a same day offer and settled in less than 60 days. I highly recommend working with David Spencer's team.

Dave is great to work with along with his assistant Barb. They were very helpful in dealing with a very difficult situation. Dave is very responsive at anytime of the day or night. He we very helpful at the end when i inured my back and was unable to attend settlement he came to my home and did the necessary paperwork.
