Could not have asked for more of a professional in a stressful home buying process. David was there every step of the way. He went so far and above doing a lot of the leg work electronically so we were not driving around for days looking for "the place". When he showed us the home we decided on it was exactly what we were looking for. We were amazed how efficient the process was. The sellers agent did not want to entertain a VA appraisal due to her lack of knowledge of the process. David took it upon himself to do the research to inform the agent on the details of the VA loan. She and of course we were very pleased. We were able to close in a matter of weeks. We highly recommend David to anyone in any situation, he can handle it with professionalism and to his customers needs.
