David Marks

David Marks can almost be called a Seattle native, first arriving in the great Northwest at the age of 10. After growing up and attending elementary and high school in Steilacoom and Lakewood, David attended the University of Washington and graduated with a BA in Marketing and Finance. David first obtained his real estate license in 1989, founding and operating successful property management and brokerage company for 11 years. This past experience gave David a deep knowledge base in real estate, including construction, property maintenance as well as real estate financing.
