My wife and I recently purchased the home we live in today (and love). Dave was our realtor. He was recommended by our mortgage company so we went to meet with him not really knowing what to expect since this is the first house we have purchased. He really seemed to be a nice and honest person so we gave it a try with him. I am very glad that we did, he was hardworking and always available. He gave me his honest opinion even though he knew it might mean not making a sale. At the end of the process we ended up with a house that we loved more than any of the other houses that we looked at and at a price that was within our comfort zone. Dave was a lot of fun to work with and was honest when a house wasn't right for me. I appreciated that from him. He was also always available to work with my schedule to get me into houses when I wanted and negotiate my crazy offers.

Dave was great when we worked together last year. He not only would show the house, but assist in looking at issues that may be found when looking. Not only was he in contact with me, but also my lending company so there were no delays in the closing.

Searching for our first home, on a budget and a time limitation my husband and I were not hopeful that we would be able to find a home that would work for us. However, after our first meeting with Dave we were instantly hopeful and knew we were in good hands. Dave was so knowledgeable, friendly and confident it was hard to not feel the same. Dave made it obvious right away that his priority was not to get us into a house but to make sure that the house we selected was the best possible option for us. Being first time buyers we had more than a few questions and even more anxiety, Dave treated each concern as more valid than the last (even when I'm sure they weren't!). When it came time to finalize, Dave was solely focused on our needs and making sure every part of the deal benefited us. He was an awesome mix of professional and aggressive, leading us to know that at no point we were taken advantage of. I cannot recommend Dave highly enough, he was knowledgeable, friendly, motivated and incredibly good at his job. Despite still not being unpacked, we know when we do buy again we will only be working with him! 10/10!!
