David is diligent, thorough and hard-working. There are some realtors who might have their own agendas however he didn't, he really tried to align with our needs and made helpful hints and suggestions and ultimately found us our dream home! I was particularly pleased with how accommodating he was with our schedule and even made himself available on Labor Day Weekend including Labor Day itself to show us around some homes - he didn't like giving us a no and that flexibility at the start is what led to us finding our house. His referrals for mortgage and insurance proved to be the best as well so he's surrounded himself with a great team to help at the closing end.
