Originally from Western New York and a graduate of the SUNY at Buffalo I relocated to Anna Maria Island and have been a Manatee County resident since 1973. First licensed in 1978 and obtaining my Brokers license in 1984 I have been actively involved in the Real Estate market for the past 28+ years. The knowledge and experience I have gained over those years has been extremely valuable for all the clients and customers I have had the pleasure to work with. As a past owner-partner of Wagner Realty I was pleased when the company passed on to the current owner, David Eckel.
