David Nemer

I have been a Full-Time licensed Real Estate Agent in the Genesee County area since 1994. I proudly serve the community in which I live; as well as the surrounding areas of Livingston, Lapeer, Shiawassee and Oakland Counties. Making a difference by being there for my clients to guide them through one of the most important financial decision making process' as a teammate and a trusted colleague has been my passion. I gain so much joy when I help a client achieve the goal of having a successful closing. I believe in creating a bond with my clients to help them before, during, and after the sale. My career in residental real estate has included Bachelor of Science degree in residential construction facets and finance from Michigan State University, working with lending institutions for bank owned properties, working as a FEMA inspector for hurricane damaged homes, a rehabilitation estimator and inspector for Genesee County Land Bank, licensed Realtor since 1994, licensed Real Estate Broker since 1999, certifications in lead base paint and mold.
