The results were good. From start to finish Dave did a nice job. First with the evaluation of the market, second with helping us make sure the house was stage properly. Third his marketing initiatives and fourth his helping shepherd us through the closing process. This situation was somewhat unique because I wanted to do a private sale and not put the home on MLS to begin with so that required a different kind of marketing plan which Dave put together. He did a very nice job with that.

The results were outstanding. We were able to sell our home before we even went on the market. Dave and his team had outside the box ideas, for example, on how to stage the home and get ready for the walk-through and certain touch-ups that would be needed. Additionally, he was also able to get the word spread before we did go on the market with contacts that he had. So we were able, actually, to get a lot done for a cheap amount of money and with a nice result.

Theyve always done a very good job. They kept me informed. They did their research on valuation. They did a very good job of advertising it. They were always very responsive. They prepared a binder which Ive never seen before with all of the foundation for upon which they based their marketing of the property. Also, they did a financial projection as to the net proceeds that I would be receiving from the sale, which I think is more than Ive ever experienced with other brokers.

Ive now sold two properties through The Nimick Team. Both have been stellar experiences. They sold very quickly and were priced correctly. It was a very pleasant process to work with. I would say both times Ive worked with The Nimick Team theyve gone above and beyond of what I expected of a real estate agent. From handling the paperwork to preemptively requesting things that needed to happen before the closing. Theyve always been on top of it.

The experience with The Nimick Team was exceptional. Dave kept us informed every step of the way. We were also really impressed with the empirical quantitative data that he produced for us. We really felt that he was also very aggressive but we knew he was a straight shooter when he needed to be about the reality of the market. I think Dave is a consummate professional. I think his marketing team is excellent and all of his staff members were really great. They were so great about working with our schedule for the showing on the sell side. On the buy side we bought new construction and so weve been dealing with punch lists and everything that comes along with new construction. Hes totally remained intimately involved knows whats going and continues to advocate on our behalf. I really cant say enough good things about The Nimick Team and I would recommend them to any friends or colleagues.

We got a better result than we had expected. We were pretty satisfied with the result that The Nimick Team provided to us and it was done in an efficient and effective manner. They were very good at communicating and they provided a lot of information on the front end and during the middle of the process which allowed us to be comfortable with the whole process.

Theyre very good. They were very responsive to what we were looking for in a house. When we actually found a house, a house that we wanted, they were very helpful in pointing things out that needed to be done, and making the process pretty smooth; they also made recommendations for a home inspector and such. That helped get things going and got it done fairly quickly. They were really good about sending out an email or a phone call or something, seeing if they could set up a showing in a short period of time. I know that we had to do that quite frequently before we ended up finding a house that we wanted. I would say that their availability and getting us into a house to look around was the best.

I was very pleased with the results. They were up front, kept me apprised of everything that was going on. They were available whenever I had a question. On the place that I actually purchased, it was viewed by a few people and we had to go for highest and best. Went to see the place, we did the bid and did all the papers that evening. I think we were busy until like 9:30-10 oclock. And then the next morning they did the acceptance and we had to do some other stuff over the phone. Then they had to run and meet me to get the earnest check. It was a busy day but they really went above. They met up with me and we were able to take care of it so it started the process of the acceptance of the place that I have now.

We interviewed a few realtors (all recommended by friends) before we made our decision, and the presentation Dave Nimick gave us just blew the competition away. Hes very impressivenot annoying or pushy, just an extremely knowledgeable, professional guy. Hes got a team of people working for him, but he stays very involved throughout the process.

As always, Dave is such a wealth of real estate information and a pleasure to work with. He truly has our best interests in mind. We will be loyal to Dave for as long as we are involved in Chicago real estate and have strongly recommended him to friends and family.
