The previous realtors were less than helpful with putting our VA loan to good use. Lucky, David knew just the right angles to approach the situation and we were able to get into a home within just a few weeks of putting in an offer. I will be recommending David to many of my friends and family members in the future and we will be keeping in touch with him and his team when we are ready to purchase our second home.

This is the third time that we sold our house in Tracy with David. The reason why we keep coming back to David is because he makes the transition so easy. He is so knowledgeable (required codes and regulations), and he has contacts with Tracy's contractors and businesses who need to perform the work. He gets the job done!
