Worked with me over the course of an 8 year period thru several life changes including selling and buying my dream home and I never felt rushed or pressured. David represented us when we sold a "unique" property; a mid-50s house with mother-in-law apartment on a larger lot. The property was somewhat off the beaten path. David did a great job of identifying the strengths of the property and talking openly about those characteristics that might trouble prospective buyers. We appreciated his honest and direct approach. He helped us establish a fair market price. He arranged photography that showed the property in the best light. We had offers quickly and David was there for us throughout the negotiation and closing processes. A very painless process.

Dave is kind and caring. He took the time to figure out what we truly needed, and helped us navigate all sorts of indecisiveness with patience and grace. We always felt like we were important to him, even when our home search took longer than any of us wanted. He was a fierce advocate, gave great advice, and as a bonus - he's fun to hang out with!

He acted as our "dad" throughout the process, talking us out of homes that weren't perfect and making sure we would be 100% satisfied with what we eventually landed on.
