We started looking for houses in the Ventura hills in January of 2017, and quickly found a house that we wanted to submit an offer for. This was our first time working with David, and we were happy with his knowledge of the current real estate market and readiness to discuss both the positives and negatives of the property. This gave us a strong confidence that our interests were his top priority. We never felt that we were being pressured into a quick sale, which we had experienced with other argents. Unfortunately we did not get the house, but we continued to work with David. After that the Thomas Fire destroyed much of the area that we were hoping to live in, and we became discouraged that we may never find what we were looking for. Over the next several months we stayed in close contact and David continued to look for properties that would be of interest to us. He was always responsive to phone call and emails and would make time to meet us to look at potential properties. We finally purchased a home that had everything we were looking for in October. After months of searching, we were happy to find the perfect home all because of our great real estate agent.

Dave worked as my seller agent and did such a wonderful job! My house had an offer and was pending within a short time on the market. After the offer was accepted, the deal became complicated, and Dave was able to keep things on track. He really worked hard to make sure the sale closed. He was always calm, but followed through and reacted with urgency when needed. I dont think our deal would have closed with a less experienced agent. Were so grateful Dave was referred to us.
