Dave has been our realtor on a number of properties we have bought and sold. He worked hard to help us find what we were looking for when we were looking for a home and worked harder still to help us sell our home to benefit us the best possible way. One thing that impressed me was the purchase of our first home. He spoke with us to learn our wants and budget. We told him we were not interested in buying for a number of months but he began sending us emails occasionally with information on current sales and market values. It was in a very low-pressure manner, more as just information. This helped us understand the market better and where we could afford. When we were looking for homes, he was excellent at gently guiding us away from properties that would likely not hold value or had other problems, things we were not necessarily considering. He knows when to give his opinion and when to step back and let the process happen. It's a unique combination that is hard to find with a realtor. I've had experiences with other realtors and have not been able to find this same level in others.After we purchased our home, Dave continued to be of assistance when we needed contractors for various projects. He always recommended excellent people and followed up with us quickly to find out if the contractor was in fact good. He didn't want to steer us wrong.When we sold our house, he offered excellent advise on what we needed to do to get it sold the quickest.Dave is efficient, hard working, and committed to his clients. He knows that business is business and responds in a professional manner; but at the same time, balances a friendship that will be life long.You will not go wrong with Dave.
