The high school that we wanted was not negotiable which limited our search area. There weren't a ton of houses in that area that were in our price range, but Dave happily showed us as many as we wanted. He was very patient as we went from house to house not finding "the one". We completely trusted that he would not let us jump in on a house that we were not sure about when we started to panic about running out of time. We found the right house for us and can't thank Dave enough for that

David was probably one of the easiest people to deal with on a weekly basis of looking for houses. Whether it was cancelling an appointment or scheduling one last minute he was ready to accommodate. As a first time home buyer of course I had numerous questions that David had no issues answering. The best think I could say about David is his ability to be personable. Over the 5 months or so we were in touch with him he really got to know us. He would send us properties that he knew we would be interested and withheld the ones that wouldn't be of interest. As first-time buyers, we needed someone to basically hold our hands throughout the process. Through some good fortune, our path led us to Dave - we're grateful and happy it did. We originally had our hearts set on a more expensive property that would have benefitted Dave. He sat us down for some straight-talk and told us it was not the home for us and for good reason - a ton of hidden structural issues that Dave noticed right away! Even though I'm the son of a general contractor, Dave pointed out to me a few things I might never have seen. A person of lessor character might have pushed the sale for selfish reasons. This man has character, a family, and cares about his clients. It shows. We found our dream home for our new family at a lower price, and it was our home inspector's enthusiasm regarding the quality of our home that validated our pick in a realtor. Dave, thank you. I was looking for a house or townhouse to rent and Dave was the Real Estate agent listed on the townhouse. Dave informed me that unfortunately the townhouse was already rented but he told me of the services that he offers. I provided him with my requirements and I started receiving emails with available rentals. I found a rental and Dave scheduled a viewing. I was lucky that the owner was there doing work and I hit it off with the owner. That night Dave sent me the agreement and within 2 days I had the rental. Dave also provided a list of movers. This was an easy process compared to the 2 months that I spend looking for a rental myself.

Without question we can say that Dave is the absolute best agent we have ever worked with. He understood our needs and went above and beyond to take care of us and our house. Our experience with Dave began a full year prior to purchasing our first home. While relocating to the Chicago area, we were fortunate enough to connect with Dave, who helped us find a great rental unit while we settled into the area. David started working with me back in Oct. of 2013. I had a small budget and several other realtors blew me off when they realized I wasn't buying half million dollar houses! David stuck around, and for a long time! I can't say the exact number of houses we visited in between Oct. 2013 and Dec. 2014 but it was well over 50!!! We saw it all. Weekend searching, Sundays, Weds. nights, it didn't matter, and he would drive out even if it was just one house! Finally I found one I really liked, and he also knew it would be a great buy at the price. I can't say enough great things about having David as your realtor. It took a year and a half, but he never gave up! professional and have a lot of real estate knowledge! Ill be using him to sell or rent my condo soon too!

Dave was very helpful in finding us a house to our liking, he was also patient and did not rush us to our decision till we found something we liked . I would recommend him strongly if you were looking for a place. A year later David helped us buy our house and again was extremely professional. David never recommends schools and leaves that to the buyer as it is a personal decision. I would strongly recommend him for his services.

Dave provides honest opinions and look for any issues in house in first visit.. this was very helpful and deciding factor to finalize a house for your own. His quick responsiveness on any questions plus ontime followps helped us to get closing on time.

Dave was excellent in always being available to view homes, answer any questions, give great details about financing options or recommendations for ways to finance. His knowledge it what homes will pass certain requirements for FHA or other loans was very helpful. The group of people he recommends to use as your inspector and mortgage lender were great too. Dave does a great job in communicating things to look for in a home and looks out for you best interest overall.

This was our second house and we have been looking for more than 7 months. Dave was very patient through out, well prepared for all the showings, did the homework and recommended what we should offer and why, once we showed interest in the property. If I wanted to start lower or higher, Dave would explain the pros and cons and let us make the final decision. Dave is always available for questions and the extensive experience he has in realtor industry is an added plus. Dave also has a good network of mortgage lenders, legal team, inspectors, plumbers, construction folks who are reasonable and good to work with. Dave helped coordinate a ton of things with the home buying to make this a real pleasant experience, considering our busy work schedule.

Dave showed me about four dozen houses throughout a six month period because I am very picky about what I want in a house. His schedule is completely flexible every day of the week and even called me whenever he found a house that fit my style. If it was not for him and his determination, I would not have been able to get my house and the whole deal would have fallen through because of a bank mistake. I only have positive things to say about him, and his knowledge and experience are top notch.
