David is amazing! These 5-stars really aren't enough to fully capture the quality of service that David brings to the table. He's just a rare breed. David listens, keeps his word, and genuinely wants each person he works with to be happy with their home. I just relocated to the Simi Valley area from Texas with my mother and we've been having difficulty locating a place to live due to various factors. David has jumped in with his expertise and is committed to assisting us during this time. We are a golden military family of 3 wars, there has been a lot of loss but we relocated to be near our church family. We are looking at rentals now but at some point I will be ready to buy and The Samuels Group is already on my speed dial! I would recommend him 10 times over!
