I have known David for years and have purchased 4 houses through him. I have purchased from Riverview to Bartow to Winter Haven to Lakeland. He is always willing to work with my schedule and go as far as it takes to make his clients happy. He is the best realtor I have ever worked with and will again when the time comes.

He will go to house before bringing u so as not to waste your time. If he says 9:00 meet time hes there at 9:00 ! Hes 100% your realtor and working for u and your best interest.

David is a great person. He went above and beyond our expectations. He would inspect the homes we wanted to see and would advise us for or against. Instead of pushing us to buy any home available. We never felt pushed or rushed into anything. He even came to show us homes during holidays when he could have been with his family. Unfortunately, we didnt close on any homes but he still keeps in touch with us and is always very kind. I wouldnt want any other realtor on the job! I always recommend him when possible. Do not hesitate on David he will answer back as soon as possible and his best to get you the offer you want and make things happen. Thanks again David this review is 100% honest. David is probably the best real estate agent to work with. We are first time homeowners, and had no clue about the whole home buying process. But David made it smooth as butter ! It starts with telling him what you need, in which area, etc, and he sends out emails as soon as a house is in the market. Then we reached out to him to visit those houses, and he would schedule it immediately. At the house he would be ready with all the numbers. Every time he walked with us throughout the house, showing us all the details - explaining whether it a good thing or bad. And I think we made David show us about 10 or more houses and all in different budgets! He never asked us why we are not interested, or put any sort of pressure on us to buy anything. It was very easy with him, every time. Finally (after 3-4 months !!! And David had been very patient with us during those months) we liked one, and put an offer.He then helped with everything from there on - throughout - till the closing - explaining me all the steps to be done. And he's always available on phone for any guidance - very responsive and always available !!!I would definitely suggest going with him for any home buying/selling process.
