David was our real-estate agent on our most recent home purchase. He was amazing. He stuck with us during a home search that lasted months (my wife and I can be fairly picky), but we did finally find the right home. David was always positive, encouraging, ready to show us more houses. We never felt rushed or neglected. He is extremely knowledgable, especially about the Anthem area. It seemed like we couldn't walk 3 steps without seeing a house he had bought or sold before! David assisted me with both the sale of a home, and purchase of another, and did so within a very short time period - approximately 3 months for the entire process! He was very professional throughout the process, was proactive in advertising my sales listing, in providing me homes to look at for purchase, and was very knowledgable through the negotiation and contract phase of the transactions. I have known David for over 30 years and during that time he has help me both buy and sell several residences. I have found him to be a wealth of knowledge when it comes to residential transactions. Honestly, I wouldn't consider using any other realtor besides David. I have found him to be honest, ethical, and always looking out for your best interests. As a special sidenote, if you're looking to buy or sell in anthem, David is a walking encyclopedia. I think he's lived there for around 20 years and knows everything there is to know about anthem and it's history and the developers who build homes there. I think he knows all the details of every floor plan that's ever been built in anthem by memory. If I was looking to buy or sell a house in anthem, hands down, there is no one else that I would even begin to consider using. As you can tell, I would highly recommend David to anyone who's looking to buy or sell a home, and especially if it's in anthem.

My family and I had a wonderful experience with David, we started looking for a house back in 2014 and we didn't find any to our liking. David set us up on an email feed that would show us new houses that were for sale in the area we were interested in. Multiple times throughout the year we requested David to show us houses and he was very helpful through this process. We found our new house and David immediately wrote up the contract the very next day and was helping us with our lender. Throughout the whole process, David was available and helpful to us if we had any questions or concerns. He kept us up to date on any issues that may have popped up and worked with the seller's realtor to get problems resolved.
