David Serle has got to be the most detailed oriented realtor providing service to the Boca Raton area. Right from when we met his experiance was evident and he was able to answer all our concerns and questions. Marketing is obviously one of his many strong points and we had interest right away. Because of some of the deficiencies in our house we experienced a long on the market time, but David was able to have a steady flow of potential buyers throughout this time. When we did get an offer it was from a very demanding buyer, and David negotiated a fair price and stayed on top of the whole process throughout. If I was asked to recommend the best realtor in the area it would be David without hesitation.

He was not there just to sell us a house but a house that was right for what we wanted and expect. Great to work with and didn't let the sellers take advantage of us at all. We worked with David for approximately 6 months trying to identify and purchase a new house. David always kept us up to date regarding new listings on the market as well as price reduced homes.
