David Shalkop

Dave Shalkop has over 11 years of experience in South Florida's Real Estate Market. During his career he has found great success both in residential and commercial sales. After several years working as a medical device recruiter in Fort Lauderdale, Dave decided to pursue his true passion, and joined a boutique real estate firm. Within the first few months, Dave successfully represented and sold a pre-construction 57 townhome development in downtown Fort Lauderdale, his first assignment for the brokerage firm. In 2009, during South Florida's most turbulent market, Dave was hired as Director of Sales at Coconut Grove Residences, a luxury boutique, 63 residence, oceanfront condominium on Fort Lauderdale Beach.
