David Walker is a native Texan but decided to call South Florida his home a little over 5 years ago. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Marketing. His journey into the real estate world began as a REO asset manager in Houston and eventually taking over a senior role in Denver, CO working for Corelogic. After working on the banking/foreclosure side for a number of years, he decided it was time to put his expertise and efforts towards helping others with their real estate needs as an agent. Working with both buyers and sellers, he has closed multiple deals in South Florida. He is known by his clients for his knowledge base, responsiveness, negotiating skills, and honesty. I live in Colorado and have a rental in Pompano Beach and needed repairs done to my rental condo, before renting it again.
