David Young

After spending my childhood in Hunters Creek Village, I graduated from Memorial High School in 1980 and received a BBA in finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1984. I lived in Australia for two years after college, then moved to California, where I cultivated a diverse management background, including 2 years in residential mortgage brokerage, 9 years in international trade management and 6 years in enterprise software sales management. Returning to Houston in 2001, I obtained my Real Estate License and joined my father, David H Young, in residential real estate sales with Coldwell Banker United, Realtors. At that time, my father was the #1 selling agent in the Houston area in dollar volume sales, a position he held for 5 years.
