I can’t give David enough accolades, as I am so delighted and content to be in my new home. As a first time home buyer, I was very hesitant about this unfamiliar process and felt overwhelmed by the numerous listings out there, financing options, and persistent agents who were after my business. He walked my partner and I through our home buying options (and only gave us properties that matched our requests); he was completely honest when it came to property assessments and made himself available on short notice for viewings.
