Dawn is awesome and walks you through each step of the process. She identifies your price range of home and then gives you a good selection from what is available. For me being new in the area, she helped me steer away from trouble areas, but did point out what was in those areas. She was straight with me on what would be acceptable for a price and helped me get this done. Once offer accepted, she helped me through each step so we got it done right the first time. It was a pleasure working with Dawn. Dawn was all over it. I reached out to Dawn after a recommendation from Zillow. I had reach a frustration level and had already decided not to purchase a home in Las Vegas. Dawn turned that around be doing research on the property looking at all the angles prior to contacting the agent. This property was scheduled for an open house four days before she contacted the agent. I was impressed with Dawns negotiation skills when she was able to secure the property with another offer on the table and an open house looming. Further, when optioning pre-qualified loan docs - had to be to her standards before presenting an offer. All this within hours of my request for an immediate bid on the property. She worked hard. From the time the bid was entered to closing I was on cruise control. Most items she had already taken care of prior to our conversion or were immediately completed with an update following completion. I am very pleased and will recommend her!
