Dawn Berry

Dawn was absolutely wonderful. It is difficult to sell your dream home that you built from the ground up but Dawn made it an exciting event for us. She went above and beyond the scope of what a regular run of the mill Realtor would do. She was with us every step of the way and helped us find another dream home.

How do I describe Dawn? Honest, Integrity, Professional!

Dawn is excellent at her job and the whole process from beginning to end was smooth sailing! She has a no pressure way of making even the most stressful transactions easy. Dawn excelled in all areas wherein it applied to my situation but I would call on her for any and all of my future real estate needs.

We looked for what seemed like forever for a home to buy in Broward County. Dawn never once made us feel like we were being too picky or being unreasonable in our search. It's funny looking back now, how she took us to the same house about 4 times, each time with us saying, no this wont work out....... and that was the house we ended up buying. Again, she was always willing to stop what she was doing to show us around. She was always positive and assured us that we'd find exactly what we wanted and she was right! Thank you Dawn!

I’m a first time home buyer and I thought it would be a lot harder than it was, it just seemed way to easy. I was a homeowner within 30 days, as soon as I found the home I loved. Wow!!!! Thank you Dawn Berry

We were out of state residents selling our condo in Broward County. Dawn was very professional and knowledgeable in assisting us with pricing our unit in the market. She knew every line of our contract, what was agreed to and what is considered fair when negotiating any misunderstandings between us and the buyers. She did a great job representing us in the transaction and quickly responded to us when we had questions and made a transaction being conducted from 1,500 miles away seem like she was right next to us. We will definitely being using Dawns' services when we purchase our new home in a few months in Broward county.

Dawn's knowledge of the area and the home-buying process were most helpful to me. She also negotiated the sale of a piece of land for me so that I could purchase a beautiful home for my family, and we are so happy. I recommend her services to everyone!
