Everyone knows their role and does it with excellence and very quickly, from the stager, to the appraiser, to any contractor they recommend. Dawn and John manage the process like you are their only customer!Most people would agree that buying and selling a home is extremely stressful and "curve balls" can come along at any time. We had a few in our case, however, Dawn and John (JB) were always quick to encourage us, coach us, advise us, and just be there anytime we needed them!
