Dawn Bucaro

We bought a house from Dawn in October of 2018. Within a week of us moving, we found multiple issues that were not identified during the inspection pocess, all pointing back to poor craftmanship by the handyman and people Dawn hired to do renovations. We attempted to reach out to Dawn multiple times through our realtor to simply ask for the name of the people who did the repairs so they could fix their own work. We do not feel like this was an unreasonable request. Not only did she full out refuse to answer any calls or communication from our realtor, but we are still waiting (more than a month later) for the name of the person who installed our dishwasher so they can repair their faulty work. We are now involving our lawyers just to get the name of the person who installed our dishwasher. Keep in mind simply providing us the name would not have costed her any money whatsoever, she's just choosing to be difficult by not providing us the name. We are baffled as to why she wont simply provide the name (again, it costs her nothing and we are not asking her to pay anything). It's hard to say why she's choosing to be difficult because she won't return anyone's phone call. We do not recommend working with Dawn, as she is proving to be extremely unethical during our home buying process.
