We moved across country from Tacoma WA to Port St Lucie FL and were a bit concerned about the process of buying a house, especially since we knew we wouldn't be able to spend weekends looking at a bunch of different houses. We contacted a few different realtors, but Dawn was the only one who seemed to listen to what we wanted and find homes in the price range we gave her. She was often touching base with us to make sure we felt comfortable with what was happening, and even did a video walk-thru of a home for us before we traveled to Florida. Because of this she was the realtor we ultimately went with and were not disappointed in her service.

I had just moved to the area for a job and was separated from my young son and pets. Dawn knew how much we all wanted to be together in our first home! She knew so much about the local zoning, the schools, especially the landscaping!!! What a doubt of knowledge on that alone!! Although she knew I was in a hurry, she made sure to show me the houses that were just what I wanted! Then she found me he house I needed... My family needed! It was a wonderful experience! As a single parent working her first teaching job, I did not have the time to scout out an inspector, an insurance provider, etc. dawn offered her expertise and found me the best of the best! She handled it all for me ( and was not pushy about it at all)! I have recommended her to friends! I am so pleased and if I move again in a few years, I will turn to no one other than Dawn!

Dawn went above and beyond on helping us find out first home! After a few weeks of searching, we found "the one"! She was very accommodating with last minute showings and was very honest if she thought the property wasn't going to be up to our standards even before we saw it. She listened to our needs and wants and matched us up with our perfect first home!
