- Dawn listed and sold my home
If you want your house sold, hire Dawn first. Don't bother with anyone else. My mistake was hiring a different realtor. After 4.5 months my house was still not sold. Then I hired Dawn. It was so nice to finally work with a true professional! Dawn got my house more views in three weeks than the other realtor did in 4 months. Dawn's listing looked like a completely different house compared the to the first realtors'. Dawn got the house sold in twenty days. Even after I accepted the offer she would call periodically to see if I had any questions or concerns before the closing. I will be forever grateful to her. She is a wonderful, kind, honest and respectful person. What every realtor should be. She is the absolute best. I recommended her to all my friends and family. And I recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their home.

Dawn was able to sell my home during a difficult time in the US economy within a week? Highly professional, and experienced in her field. She made the experience painless and rewarding. Thanks.
We have used Dawn to purchase 2 homes now and to sell 1 over the last 5 years. Lots of moving and stress and Dawn was huge in helping us through it all. She has amazing local knowledge and contacts and is unbelievably responsive no matter what time day or night we contacted her. She made the process entirely enjoyable and always kept her word/promise which is very rare these days. Weve recommended her to family and friends and I believe if you want an honest up front realtor in the area your not going to find anyone better than Dawn!!
- Christopher SavianoWe sell real estate all over the country and have had the absolute best experience using Dawn for our listing. Her knowledge and expertise was critical in the execution of a seamless sale in an area we had no experience in! Thank you, thank you, thank you! We will ALWAYS use Dawn when we can!
