Best negotiator in the business. Very honest and hard working.

She definitely worked for me through this whole transaction and I think she is wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house. She gives 100% of her time and expertise in everything that has to be done to get this transaction done. I think the world of her!!!

She is a hard working lady lots of ups and down with the buyer but she stuck with it and made it happen this sale is the second highest lake front home sold for that amount in 2 years

Dawn Koenigseder provided us with exceptional customer service and was very knowledgeable with all of our questions and concerns. After listing with another agent for 9 months and no offers, Dawn was able to seal a deal within a couple of months. We will definitely be using her for our future real estate needs. Thank you Dawn!
