Dawn was the best realtor I could have ever asked for. I found her on Zillow reviews. Dawn helped me to find my dream home. I had a specific budget and area. There wasn't much out there but Dawn came through. She found me my perfect house just before I was getting ready to sigh a new rental agreement. She did a incrediable job for me. I could get a hold of her day or night. If I had any questions Dawn would find the answers for me. She really did such a great job. I now consider her a friend and I know that she would always try to help me if I needed anything. Im now happily living in my own home saving $300 a month compared to my rent. We are fairly new to the area so we needed someone with experience in the area and she was exactly that. We had to house hunt, buy and move in, in little over 60 days, and due to our fairly difficult schedule we needed someone who was willing to work with us. Dawn was VERY responsive answering her phone and emails almost immediately. She showed us almost 30 homes in a months time but never pushed us to buy something that was right for us. In fact she was honest in every way, which is what we needed due to us getting auntsie about the timeline.If you are looking for someone with lots of experience, honesty, excellent response time and just overall an amazing realtor you need to choose Dawn!We did not know Dawn prior to being referred to her and we definitely would do it all over again and refer her to both friends and family
