- Dawn helped me buy a home
As a first time home buyer, I had no clue about the process of buying a home. Dawn is very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that makes sense without making it out to be overwhelming. She gives constant guidance and is very prompt with answering questions, and reaching out to the different parties involved to get answers. This is a sellers market. Houses don't stay available for very long. Dawn is super quick with gaining access to view properties which makes all the difference in being the first to make an offer on the house of your dreams! Her experience with the real estate market further makes her an asset when figuring out an offer that is good enough to win the sellers over. Lastly, Dawn excels at listening to your needs and concerns and responds in a professional and caring manner. When the time comes for me to buy again, I will look for Dawn to be my real estate agent!
