Dawn was nothing short of AMAZING. If i could give more starts than just 5 I would, she deserves it!! She was always honest and upfront with us whether it was good or bad. Was willing to show however many homes she needed to help us find the perfect one. Dawn always went above and beyond to help us, whether is was trying to show us a home or when it came down to buy the home we wanted. She and her team worked very hard to make the sell happen for us and really spent countless hours negotiating and renegotiating. When all was said and done we felt her and her team could not have done anything more because they gave it there all. We never had to wait for a call back, it was always within 5 to 10 minutes, and if she could she would text us to let us know. I would recommend Dawn to anyone that is looking to buy or sell their home. She will work 24/7 for you if she has to!! I couldn't be more pleased with the service she provided me and my wife!!!

She was great to work with, found us a house we love, great negotiator, kept our best interests in mind. She also has great local contacts for home inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc. Really listened to what we wanted, if she didn't think the home was right for us she said it, wasn't trying to shove us in the first home she could. Even sent us a thank you note with a Starbucks gift card. The title company she uses was also great, flexible on signing times, gave us a cute gift to say thanks for the business.
