Dawnn Wheeler

Dawnn was the realtor for the seller, I was the buyer (had my owner realtor). There were a few issues that came up, and she wasn't exactly polite about it in her responses. Understandable the realtors do the best for their client, but when asked questions, her response was to demean and attempted to make me feel bad about even asking. A semi-specific example was that we asked about a specific device age, and asked if the owner was willing to replace or lessen the cost so that we could. Her response was that her's is running just fine and is older than the one in the house. The reason we asked was because the house we were moving out of had one the same age that we just had replaced, and our mechanic said that all of those devices that age and younger were breaking down faster than those that are older. So while I understand that she was doing what she could for her client, her response did not need to be as unprofessional and demeaning as it was.
