Ted and I worked with Dayna & Frank Restaino of Beach House Realty to list and sell our home of 18 years in Manahawkin, NJ this year. We never thought we would sell our magnificent home as we were quite happy there but also considered a more relaxed lifestyle including retirement. Although it was a relatively quick decision to relocate after just looking around at some other areas and possibly our new homes location, we just went for it. Before choosing a real estate agent, we did our due diligence and conducted a lot of research to see which realtor would be the best choice. Based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financial gain) and how they promote their listing, it was quite easy to select them to represent us. They stood out as the best this area has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on their site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. They focused on service rather than the sale itself which paid off. We spoke with Dayna & Frank a few times and then met with them at our home. They spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. They made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken with an incredible online virtual tour video, and a lot more. When we saw our listing, we were blown away. Their breadth of knowledge, experience and marketing reach throughout the NJ and NY area promoted our home to multiple buying channels which helped us be quite successful right out of the gate with our experience. Their hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. We got traction quickly and a few offers came in around the same time. They made it easy, and we could not have been happier with our buyers who we know will make their own beautiful memories and cherish our home as much as we did. In short, both were always on our side working to make our selling transaction as simple and financially successful as possible. The best part about working with Dayna & Frank was that they were always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, even literally offering to help us with some of the physical heavy lifting certainly not within their scope, rather than closing a deal. We would recommend Beach House Realty to anyone considering selling or buying a hometruly professional and genuinely sincere nice folks. Ms. Dayna Restaino is an exceptionally talented and pleasant Lady.She knows the area perfectly, able to direct you to the location you might desire, and she knows real estate business as it used to be years ago:Honesty, Dedication,Nothing against the law, everything she does properly , friendly and professionally.Dayna will do more of service then is requested of her as a broker; as an example I was unable to come to my listed place for very important business.
