  • Dean listed and sold my home

      Dean was attentive to get my business but then as soon as I signed with him, passed my home sale onto his assistant who was nice but clearly in the learning stage. When I would reach out to him with questions he was always responsive but was clearly not in the loop at all. He was hands off. Because of his assistant’s not having the same experience, I lost money. The condo I listed had a tenant and once we had an offer, Dean and the assistant pushed me to have the lease terminate early, which I did, but they did not push the buyer to close by a certain date, so When the closing was later then we expected, I had to pay my mortgage, taxes and condo fees out of pocket vs being covered (with a profit) by the tenant. Dean apologized for the error that his assistant made in not making sure I was protected, but certainly did not offer to pay back the money lost. Very disappointing experience, I signed with Dean NOT his assistant. And the lawyer they recommended was terrible. Did not return phone calls and had sloppy paperwork with errors. I would not recommend Dean to ANYONE.
