Dean is reliable and honest. He is a family oriented guy. He will make sure that you are satisfied with the process. If you are new at this he will work you through every steps and his team are expert. Trust me, I worked with Dean three times and I have no regrets. This process can be stressful but working with Dean was so not too stressful for me bc he is such a professional. He will make you feel like a family and he is a real human. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy individual. In my opinion, he is one of the best realtor we have in NY. Before making a deal, he will tell you the pros and cons of it. He is an awesome realtor!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dean and his team. At first I was extremely skeptical of having a real estate agent out of my area sell my home. I was extremely demanding and Dean was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. When Dean walked into my home he did something that the very many agents I interviewed did not do, Dean came prepared. He offered us a comprehensive look at the homes in my area that have sold and were up for sale. He explained what his teams sale strategies would be and then, with no pressure, he asked that we consider his team. Dean is an excellent Realtor and just an all around good person. I referred my friend who was selling his home to Dean a few month ago. The most important thing about listing a home is to get it sold. Dean gave us pointers on what would increase the appeal of the home without doing unnecessary expensive work that might not pay off in the long run. He was able to successfully market the house so it sold very quickly.
