Dean Hankins

My Story: If my memory serves me well, I believe my full time career in real estate began in the summer of 1993. Since then, I have worn several hats as a producer, an agent, a manager, a broker; and a real estate, escrow and mortgage business owner. As time flew by, a vast amount of related industry experience was amassed. Now, these experiences and the positions I have held allow me to share this knowledge with my clients in a way that gives them a competitive advantage. My experiences have given me an understanding on how to handle current problems appropriately and in a way other agents may not understand. I did attend college, and did receive degrees but there is definitely a difference between “book” knowledge and “life” knowledge. It is a comparison of understanding facts versus understanding people.
