I could write a book on my experience with Dean but it be enough. He was so compassionate with me as we had just lost my mom. He went above and beyond by handling every aspect of the sale. I didn’t worry about a thing. He got me the best price he could. I would recommend Dean above all other realtors. He truly cares about his clients.

Janet and Dean are the best realtors I have ever met. Anytime I hear anyone looking for a home or to sell their home I refer them to Janet and Dean because I know they will do everything they can to find the best fit. Buying a house can be very stressful but it’s so much easier having realtors who are dependable .

Dean was a great source of knowledge, a consummate professional and a hard worker. He and Janet are both amazing people you will love having in your corner. They would be my first call if I were to ever be in the market to buy a home again.

Most of these ratings should have more stars. My wife and I, though in our 60’s, had not ever purchased a new home, at least in 40+ years. Due to the company I work for moving to Tennessee I had to relocate from Northern Minnesota, a bit of a difference. It took a long time for us to find a home. My wife was out of country visiting family and friends and I traveled for a living. Janet and Dean would find homes, based on the info we gave them from our initial talks, for me to look at. I would look and say no...too close to the neighbors, Dean would make a note, No not enough land, Dean would note that....all the while asking questions. Dean would find a property I liked and we would FaceTime my wife.... No the kitchen is too small...too far from town...and it went on and on. It turns out WE didn’t know what we wanted...we wanted our old house in Minnesota...Dean NEVER wavered! “We are going to find you a house! We’ll just keep looking.” It was fortunate for me that I travel for a living and I didn’t have to have a house NOW! We had our stuff in storage and stayed with our daughters when we were not traveling. I would ride around the area on my own and look, My wife would look on Zillow and other websites while in Europe ( six hours ahead of us ) I would find something, my wife would find something, I would call Dean and many, because he knew the area so well, he would say “You don’t want to be there because.....” it turns out there’s a reason those houses are still available.... there waiting for someone to come along who doesn’t know WHY it’s still for sale, and once you buy it.....it’s yours. Things like poor or NO cell service and/or internet.... neighbor hoods or crime rates, signs of termite infestations, damaged foundations, compromised or near failing HVAC systems....the list goes on and on. Dean would add some of these homes, my wife or I had found, to our list and he would tell me ahead of time what we could expect ( because of his vast knowledge of the surrounding areas ) and EVERY time it was what Dean had described.... no cell service... or, when we would get near the location, I would tell Dean “ Turn around, I’m not leaving my wife in this neighborhood while I’m not at home!” BUT THE PICTURE LOOKED SOOOO GOOD!! Now I’m Roman Catholic and on our sit downs and meetings Dean and I would share our Love and Faith in Jesus Christ and knew God would guide our search. With me being on the road so much, it took over a year. Dean NEVER gave up. He would find something he thought would be interesting to us,and on one occasion, we really liked and I took time from what I was doing to drive the day and a half to get to Maryville and on the last half day of driving it went to pending, we lost it. Janet and Dean never gave up and this past November I was in town for one week Dean lined up a couple of homes to look at and my wife had found one she wanted us to look at. We went first to the house my wife looked at and once again the pictures don’t tell the whole story! The views and vista were just as promised, breathtaking.... however the house had been added onto three or four times...and not by a professional. The floors were actually a different level, you could feel it under the newly laid, very thick carpet. Dean saw several other things that were just too much. We looked at the other houses he had picked for the day and they were homes that checked all our boxes. Then, the last house he brought me to.i told him....” I’m FaceTiming my wife!” I walked her around, her in my phone, and she loved it... “This is it,,” Dean walked around and checked all the little things like he always does and claimed “This is a good solid house!” We closed in December and couldn’t be happier. Oh, and by the way, he negotiated the price with the owners and their rep and got the price reduced even more.. Absolutely happy with Janet, Dean and their endless patience and Faith. We have the house we will retire in and love every day.

Working with Janet and Dean was great. Even through all the challenges we faced with closing on our home, they worked so hard. They always kept us in the loop, always explaining things and directing us on the steps we should take. They both made us feel important and that we mattered.

Dean and Janet Palombi helped us with our home buying process being that we were moving from out of state we didn't know the area at all. They were knowledgable and kept in constant contact. Very professional.
