Deanna was great to work with in buying our first home. She is very knowledgeable and was able to make the home buying process more comfortable. Also, once we got the keys there was a nice little gift basket for us from Deanna. Thank you again!

When going to buy or sell real estate, Deanna Cloud from Keller Williams Siouxland did an excellent job of selling our house for what we needed to get for it. The sale was complex and Deanna was right there with us in meetings with a lawyer. Deanna ran errands needed for us to down-size even after the closing date of the sale. P.S. Deanna Cloud is one tough lady.

Many great words can be said about Deanna Cloud. I had dealt with a different realtor before her and let me down and then she got a hold of me. Just a wonderful person to be around and makes you feel comfortable. She dealt with my hectic work hours but always found a way to look at houses. She helped my wife and I find our first home. Just a perfect experience with her. It has been two years and Deanna still keeps in touch with us. Always positive and full of energy. We loved her as a realtor and friend and hope she helps us find our next home when we're ready. Can't imagine having another realtor than Deanna Cloud.

Deanna is truly the most caring realtor in the search to find your perfect home. She goes out of her way to make this happen. She helped my daughter and I find our perfect home. Without her honesty and endless efforts we wouldn't of found our home. She is truly amazing. I could go on and on.

Deanna was professional and met our needs for our house search. Deanna did her research and lined up homes to see with our criteria. Was in constant communication with us. Once we made a decision on the home she helped navigate our offer and it was very seamless and stress free. We highly recommend Deanna for your realty needs.
