My real estate career began over 17 years ago as a private real estate investor. Purchased several homes as personal investments using unique buying strategies. I currently manage these investment properties in the Chicago land area; including applicant screening, leases, move in and move out procedures, renewals, rent collections and maintenance. I've held different real estate positions including commercial property management, leasing, lease administration and real estate business development. My focus now turns to Residential Real Estate.
