I met Ms. Debbi a few years ago through a friend. I wasn't quite ready to purchase a home yet. There was so much I didn't know at the time. Instead of turning me away, she gave me advice that helped me prepare a little harder for such an exciting yet stressful process. Two years later, I was ready to go. She has been outstanding through every step. She is honest, understanding and will always do what's best for her client. She has such a sweet spirit! I have known Debbi for about 18 years. She has done 1 purchase and 2 sales of homes for me. She is very professional, efficient and extremely pleasant to work with. She is also very accommodating and does her best to assist in all aspects of home buying and selling including providing references for contractors and repair staff. She helped me navigate through a very difficult sale and she did it all with a very good sense of humor and kept up my spirits as well.

Debbi excelled in a difficult sale, overcoming many hiccups along the way with on again-off again buyers. In addition to the normal activities of listing and handling the contract paperwork, she took time to oversee repairs cited in the home inspection and otherwise required by buyers. Her on-the-scene assistance was critical, because we live in California. The sale was further complicated in that we need it processed as a tax-free exchange under IRS Code 1031.

She provided us with her services with honesty. She was always one step ahead of others in our home buying process. She worked with our bank (and they were great too!!) to provide all the documents on-time. Overall it was an rewarding experience, which made our home buying such a smooth process.
