Debbi was very helpful during the selling of our home. She kept us informed at all times, helped us make informed decisions, and was always available when we had questions. She worked diligently to sell our home and got it sold in just 3 weeks from the time we entered the market for just 2.5% off of listing price!!!!!! Debbi is by far the BEST realtor in the area as I've used other realtors and would ONLY use Debbi if I ever needed another realtor. In fact, I'm moving away from the area, and wish that I could have Debbi as my realtor for all my future real estate transactions. I couldn't be happier with our experience!!!!

Out of the DOZENS of homes we looked at and tagged on Zillow in West Texas, Debbi Wilkins was the only Realtor who contacted us and followed up on several leads for us. Debbi Wilkins helped us buy our first home here in Plainview about 5 years ago. We found her on Zillow from way up North where we were living at the time. As others have mentioned, she was the only agent to respond to our inquiries about homes we were interested in for our big move here to TX. On a visit to town she took us to a huge number of homes in one day because we only had a little time here before returning up North. The next day she took us back to see some of our favorite homes again, and this time in the snow. Throughout all of these showings, we did not feel pressured, she stayed within our price range, encouraged us, and made us feel so welcome here in Plainview. The entire time, she let us do things our way, and helped and gave advice when we asked for it, always with tact and honesty. She did all of this while making us feel that we were doing her a favor. As a young couple buying our first home, she never made us feel like novices or like less important customers. As if all this was not enough, when we finally moved down here several months later, she personally had our lawn mowed so that it looked nice and ready to move in, and had left a nice card and little gift welcoming us to Plainview in our new home. We have had other Realtors, and they do not even come close. If you choose Debbi as your realtor, I don't know if she'll do exactly the same things for you, but I can guarantee that she will listen to you and create a taylor-made buying experience that is perfect for you.
