She always had time to explain everything in complete detail. Not only making absolutely sure you understood everything she would even let you know what to expect down the road. Honestly with Debbie on my side I didn't have a thing to worry about. Even when problems arose Debbie had solutions instantly. The most amazing part was right down to the very last second Debbie was there for me. When my husband and I were signing papers at the Title companies office none of us saw any errors (Myself, My Husband, The Buyers Agent & The Buyers). Debbie took 1 look at the papers saw errors instantly which when corrected put almost $1,000 back in my pocket!
